I am a child trauma specialist, educator and lawyer. I have over a decade of lived experience of children with trauma together with a post graduate certificate in developmental trauma and a masters degree in special and inclusive education specialising in emotional and behavioural disturbance. I am also co-author of "Lionheart: The Real Life Guide for Adoptive Families" (2017) I created Child Trauma Consulting to offer education and training about the effects of childhood trauma to teachers, other professionals, parents and carers of children with trauma and survivors of trauma.
