Using the latest research from the world of positive psychology, mindfulness and neuroscience, this is an engaging and playful two-hour workshop. It comprises one hour of presentation time, interwoven with an hour of reflection time via the supporting resources.

  • Explore how these differ and ways to live by the values we determine
