- The course had some good elements to it, but there were times where there was assumed knowledge or i could not find a referenced button (perhaps due to computer/ppt updates) which made it more challenging. There where times when i was told to complete an action i.e. copy all, that i could not make the function work. this made completing the activities much more difficult. There were time when enough diagrams/pictures were given and others when there was assumed knowledge which i did not have.
It is also difficult to answer all the reflection questions, not in real time (planning for an actual lesson).

I found it useful with some new things that I had not done before, but I feel that this course would be more suited to someone who has never used powerpoint before. Also, the instructions should be for the current version of powerpoint as some of the tings to click were in different spots to what the instructions said.

Fantastic and very relevant to teachers The Power of Powerpoint opens up the teacher to better ways to present what is often a bland presentation. The tips provided are easy to follow and really do allow the teacher to create a much more interactive, engaging and visually attractive slide show. The course is well paced and well set out and has the right amount of information that one would need.
