Teaching is a rewarding profession but can sometimes be overwhelming, particularly for beginning teachers.

In this exciting one-day seminar you will learn:- how to get the most out of every teaching day; how to turn your mistakes, bungles and fumbles into successes; practical strategies for classroom; organisation and management; tips for writing student reports; strategies for communicating with parents, even the difficult ones; how to still have a life AND be a passionate, effective teacher.

Available Delivery Formats

Format Description

Most TTA online courses are available with an Online Subscription. For a little more than the price of one course, you can gain up to 20 PD hours per year. Learn more HERE.

A normal online course is delivered over 1-12 weeks and is worth from 3-12 PDhrs depending on the course content and its objectives. Participants will not need to take time off, the course date is the START date only, end dates will be advertised with course hours.

This course contributes to 6.0 professional development hours.

Megan Dredge


Megan is a passionate and inspiring presenter, who has spent over a decade working in both the public and private education sectors.

She has authored 4 books, developed numerous resources for teachers and principals, and has spoken extensively in Australia, Asia and Europe. Her passion is to train and inspire educators to help make the teaching journey even more enjoyable.

Megan is committed to lifelong learning and having completed her undergraduate degree and an Honours degree, is currently completing her PhD in Public Speaking.
