This was educationally sound, scientifically based, and extremely helpful personal development to undertake – both personally – and as a teacher working with students. I undertook “The Path To Peak Performance” as personal development, however discovered that the learning I took from it was something I could pass on to my teenage sons and also the students that I teach. The skill of learning how to learn, as well as priming yourself for optimal learning, are both invaluable skills that are transferable to life at any age. I looked forward to sitting down and learning more from the course and was disappointed when it was finished! - Christina Douglas – Kilvington Grammar School
