Fabulous! Very useful strategies for relaxation I can include in my teaching that I’m sure will benefit the students. I too can use some strategies for myself. Little or no resources are required. I can start straight away.

Fantastic structure. Easily accessible information for beginners to this topic, yet still in depth for more knowledgeable participants. Judy was a fantastic presenter. She was light and energetic. It’s great to learn from someone who is so passionate about their subject area.
